Our website is operated by ALL-INKL.COM. This generates technical data, such as your IP address or the time of your visit. This information helps to keep the site secure and stable.<\/p>

3. secure surfing through encryption<\/h3>

Our website is encrypted. You can recognize this by “https:\/\/” in the address bar and the small lock symbol in the browser. This means that third parties cannot simply read your data.<\/p>

4. contact with us<\/h3>

If you send us a message – by e-mail, telephone or form – we store your details in order to reply to you. We then delete the data when it is no longer needed.<\/p>

5. applications<\/h3>

When you apply to us, we process the data that you give us. We only use it for the application process. We will delete the data after 6 months at the latest.<\/p>

6. customer and contract data<\/h3>

If you work with us, we store your data in order to process contracts or issue invoices. We comply with the statutory retention periods.<\/p>

7. donations and payments<\/h3>

If you make a donation, e.g. via PayPal or betterplace.org, the transfer is encrypted. Your payment data remains with the respective service provider – we only receive what is necessary, e.g. your name and the amount.<\/p>

8th Newsletter (Brevo \/ Sendinblue)<\/h3>

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your e-mail address via the Brevo service. You will then receive regular updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>

9. telegram messages<\/h3>

If you contact us via Telegram, your data will be processed by the provider Telegram. We only use the service for personal communication.<\/p>

10. cookies and consent (compliance)<\/h3>

We use the “Complianz” tool to request your consent to cookies on the website. It helps us to work in compliance with data protection regulations without passing on your data to others.<\/p>

11. contact and application management with Salesforce<\/h3>

We work with the Salesforce Sales Cloud to organize inquiries, contacts and applications. Data may be transferred to other countries in the process – with a data protection guarantee.<\/p>

We use Matomo to see how our website is used. Your IP address is shortened. You remain anonymous. You can object to the analysis.<\/p>

13. Facebook\/Meta Pixel<\/h3>

We use the pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches you. We need your consent for this. Meta may transfer data to the USA.<\/p>
