1. what happens to your data?

When you visit our website or contact us, personal data is processed. This is information such as your name, e-mail address or IP address. We only do this if it is necessary – for example, to answer inquiries or to provide the website securely.

2. who hosts our website?

Our website is operated by ALL-INKL.COM. This generates technical data, such as your IP address or the time of your visit. This information helps to keep the site secure and stable.

3. secure surfing through encryption

Our website is encrypted. You can recognize this by “https://” in the address bar and the small lock symbol in the browser. This means that third parties cannot simply read your data.

4. contact with us

If you send us a message – by e-mail, telephone or form – we store your details in order to reply to you. We then delete the data when it is no longer needed.

5. applications

When you apply to us, we process the data that you give us. We only use it for the application process. We will delete the data after 6 months at the latest.

If you work with us, we store your data in order to process contracts or issue invoices. We comply with the statutory retention periods.

7. donations and payments

If you make a donation, e.g. via PayPal or betterplace.org, the transfer is encrypted. Your payment data remains with the respective service provider – we only receive what is necessary, e.g. your name and the amount.

8. telegram messages

If you contact us via Telegram, your data will be processed by the provider Telegram. We only use the service for personal communication.

9. cookies and consent (compliance)

We use the “Complianz” tool to request your consent to cookies on the website. It helps us to work in compliance with data protection regulations without passing on your data to others.

10. contact and application management with Salesforce

We work with the Salesforce Sales Cloud to organize inquiries, contacts and applications. Data may be transferred to other countries in the process – with a data protection guarantee.

11. Web analytics with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used – for example which pages are read and how people find us. The service is integrated via Google Tag Manager.

Both are loaded only after you have given your consent in the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is measured.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to the USA. Your IP address is truncated and not stored. We have prohibited Google from using this data for its own services.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link Manage consent at the bottom of the page.

12. Facebook/Meta Pixel

We use the pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches you. We need your consent for this. Meta may transfer data to the USA.

13. LinkedIn Insight

LinkedIn also helps us to see how many people find our website via LinkedIn. We will ask your permission for this beforehand.

14. online meeting with Zoom and teams

We use “Zoom” and “Microsoft Teams” for online meetings. Technical data is processed in the process. This is necessary in order to conduct the meetings.
